2024 Calvary BBQ Fundraiser

Calvary Episcopal Church hosts a BBQ Drive-Thru in our parking lot on Saturday, May 04, 2024. We serve from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Each meal is $20 and comes complete with applesauce, baked beans, coleslaw, and a roll. We will also have drinks and desserts. Proceeds benefit Calvary and its charities. There are three mouth-watering meal options:
BBQ’d Half-chicken
Two Pork Chops
Combination of Chicken and Pork Chop
We couldn’t make this happen without you. Volunteer help make our 2024 Calvary BBQ Fundraiser a giant success.
We needed to know how many meals to plan for so we were asking people to purchase tickets in advance. As stated, meals were $20 each. Some people purchased a physical ticket from parishioners some used PayPal or your credit card to purchase them on this website. All purchases made on this website went through PayPal (our online giving partner) and we have to pay PayPal a processing fee of approximately $1.25 which is added to the cost of each meal. (Remember, this is a fundraiser.)
You can click on the link for the name of the eTicket or you can scan the QR code below it. Both will take you to the PayPal check-out page. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card there as well. PayPal will email you a receipt for your purchase. If you’re buying more than one type, your PayPal check-out page will accommodate all your choices.
