In today's Gospel, Jesus's response to Peter stands in direct contrast with Jesus's response to Peter last week after Peter shares that Jesus is the Son of God and the Messiah.
Today, after Peter's outburst that nothing bad should happen to Jesus,, Jesus corrects him, "Get thee behind me, Satan."
