Blessing of the Animals

Pet Adoption Event

Join friends and neighbors in the parish courtyard for our annual blessing of the animals. You are welcome to bring your leashed pet or keep your pet in a carrier. We welcome all pets: furry, scaly, and feathery, as well as stuffed animals or pictures of your pet! This special event offered by Calvary Episcopal Church is free and open to ALL members of the community of any religious affiliation. In celebration of the Feast Day of Saint Francis of Assisi, patron saint of animals, we are hosting a pet adoption event. Come out and meet the fabulous adoptable pets from the Starfish Animal Rescue, and bring home your new best friend.
