Annual Meeting

Our Annual Meeting will be held in person in the Memorial Hall on Jan 28th, following our regular 10:15 AM worship service. We invite all parishioners to attend a meeting that will include elections, reports, and collaborative dialogue to discern our future together. In preparation, we ask that each Ministry chairperson prepare and submit activity reports for your respective committees to the parish office (valerie@cebatavia.org) by January 15, 2024. Please submit the reports as a Word document; they will be merged and then distributed as PDFs. If you have any questions about your reports, please get in touch with the Vestry member responsible for your Committee.
